RetailDirect connects shops with the suppliers and manufacturers who stock them. Here’s the journey from sign-up to a fulfilled order.

Sign up

Register as a shop, supplier or manufacturer with a few business details.

Get approved

Our admin team verifies your account — usually within 24–48 hours — then activates it. You’ll get an email at each stage.

List or browse

Suppliers add SKUs with price and stock. Shops browse the catalogue and build a cart.

Order & fulfil

The order splits to each supplier, who confirms, prepares and dispatches it.

How one order reaches many suppliers.

A shop’s cart can hold products from several suppliers at once. At checkout, RetailDirect creates a separate order per supplier — each with its own items, payment method and status — so suppliers work only their own orders.

What each side does.

If you’re a shop

1 Register & get approved Add your shop name, address, trade licence, phone and email.
2 Browse & add to cart Find products across suppliers and build one basket.
3 Choose how to pay Cash on delivery, or a supplier’s credit terms where offered.
4 Track to delivery Follow each order’s status, and reorder any time via your QR code.

If you’re a supplier

1 Register your business Add company details, the categories you supply, and your credit policy.
2 Add your SKUs Price, unit, category and live stock for each product.
3 Receive & fulfil orders Confirm, prepare and dispatch — assign riders for delivery.
4 Add your team Give rider, warehouse and finance staff scoped access.
Payments

No online payment needed to start.

RetailDirect captures the order and the agreed payment method. Settlement happens the way retail already works — in cash on delivery, or on credit terms set by each supplier.
